In anticipation of the new school year, the Inter-Lakes Elementary School building leadership invited families to stop by the school for Popsicles with Principals. Principal Rick Biche, Assistant Principal Hillary Martin and Student Services Coordinator Emily Hebron greeted students and families and shared a popsicle on the playground. It was an opportunity for new and returning students to visit the school before the first day of school and talk to the administrators in a casual and fun setting. Biche said Martin launched the idea last year as a way for families to get to know the new leadership team at ILES. "We talked about it this summer and decided that it would be a great tradition to keep in place. Kids and families enjoyed the opportunity to connect, share a popsicle and get ready for the coming year," said Biche. (Courtesy photo)
